Account Manager

Job Objective:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored
solutions. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and contribute
to account growth and retention.

 

Responsibilities:
● Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
● Understand client needs and objectives.
● Provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
● Build and maintain strong client relationships.
● Ensure client satisfaction and address concerns.
● Explore upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
● Collaborate with the Business and Development team to identify and grow
opportunities.
● Collaborate with the Operations team to optimize solutions based on client request.
