Our History
Concast was incorporated in Lebanon as one of the first YouTube MCNs in the region under the name CHBK.
We created our sister company “Chabaka” that specializes in music distribution in the MENA region.
We expanded to North Africa and established an office and team in Tunis to service the Maghreb region.
Aside from our other services, we launched additional Facebook monetization services for our clients in the entertainment and music industries.
We entered the Iraq market and established key partnerships.
We officially rebranded to ConCast with a focus on content creators in the MENA region.
We created a new sister-company called “Boomerang” that handles in-house production for our internal brands and content creators.
We landed in the GCC and established our headquarters in Dubai.
We acquired “How About Pranks”, a leading pranks channel with global reach.
We expanded to Egypt and established an office and team in Cairo to serve our Egyptian partners.
Our sister company “Chabaka” was acquired by Universal Music Group (UMG), and became part of UMG's Virgin Music Group.
